Kevin

The adorable side of Kevin was revealed last Friday when I purposely brought my lovely bear, Swensens to uni. Yes, to uni. Hahaha! Swensens was all the way sitting on Kevin's lap when he was driving me to uni. Kevin loves Swensens so much that he wants a bear on his 19th birthday too or he'll steal my Swensens! =) Eh no, this birthday tip is for me only okie! You people buy him something else! Bluek. He even told some people in uni that the bear belongs to him!

Kevin Kwan, tsk tsk. Here's a picture of him and little mischievous Swensens of mine.

Won't you love Kevin for being extremely childish and lovable? I will.
See him with soft toys then, or maybe just my Swensens. Heh~

Justin showed me 2 articles today. One made me laughed a lot, and another made me a little stressed and anxious. Urgh. Whats life in a few years time? *wonders*

I miss the times I had in Redang! I really do. I want to go there again, with some fun people again. Memories is such a great gadget that drives me missing it. Its all your fault, going with your friends without bringing me, you camel! =( *digs into Redang pictures again*

Celebrations!

Its been a real hectic week. No, I don't know why time seem to pass so fast and what awaits me every single day.

Like what Wen Peng said before Milers training that day:
'You know arh, this is what we all look forward to go for every week?' Yes, indeed, the Milers' training. I know, its running, and only running. But somehow, running a few kilometers seem to get my attention already. Although I have to admit that there are times I felt like sleeping more than running before training starts. But yeah, you know, we stay back for many many hours before training starts? Lol.

I still love running. :) Oh, I love the new park that we were brought to the other day, which was 3kilometers away from IMU. In total, you get to run around 8kilometers if you are in certain group, depending on who lead. I don't care how many kms I ran, all I know is that I have to train because I want to run for both the pacers that I have registered. Uh-huh, the smart me, sprained the ankle tendon and now it hurts whenever I walk. What more run? :(

Then, on Thursday, we celebrated Wen Peng and Devan's birthday! Yeah, both turning 19 only, so still can celebrate happily la of course. According to Dr.Galy, after 20, we shouldn't celebrate birthday anymore because that would mean celebrating us getting nearer to the grave. -.- Okie, whatever. Here's some pictures:

The cake from library cafe before it got smashed. :)

First stop, Wen Peng. A new way of smashing cake on someone.

2nd stop, Devan!

The beautiful cake that turned into, erm, no comment.

We still eat them, somehow!

The us!
Back from left: Kien Jeen, Khee Lung and Lawrence.
Middle row: Me, Yuan Liang, Michelle, Steph and Suki
Front: The 2 birthday boys- Wen Peng and Devan.

*****

Then, on Friday, we celebrated Kevin's birthday. Yes, its a little way too early, but we had to, because some of us cannot make it on his real big day! We ( E Li, Pei Li, Kai Jia, Carr Men, Guan Teck, Kevin and I) went to Secret Recipe in Sri Petaling after 3pm.

Kevin, with his natural smile that attracts many many *coughs*girls*coughs*and guys* :p

Its just him. Saliva all over the cake.

The us.
Back- Carr Men, Pei Li, Kevin, Guan Teck.
Front- Me, Kai Jia, E Li.

*****

Saturday and Sunday was a totally family weekend because we were all gathered in my cousin's house to help him out for his wedding and just hang around, talking and chatting. :)

I want to go prawn-ing! Fish-ing will do too! whatever.
p/s: Joyce Teh, lets go!

First hiking on 20/09/08.

Good morning everyone!
My new record in sleeping straight for several hours is 15 hours! =) 15 hours! I have never imagined trying that, but I made it! Try it if you haven't. But, I don't think you will want to waste your time sleeping lah.

I went Klang Gates to hike with other Infinity Milers members! For your information, Klang Gate is NOT situated in Klang, ok? Its erm, 'somewhere over the rainbow' in Kuala Lumpur la, further than Zoo Negara and after a Bulatan Bukit Mas. It took us around 20 minutes from IMU to reach there.

Now, imagine you did not have a good night sleep because on Friday night because I went to cheer for my lovely family members whom were involved in cheerleading and it was also the night when IMU Cup officially ends! Then, after knowing who won for the cheerleading, it was already 12am. Then, Kevin, Guan Teck and I went to Adrian's house to shower before fetching Steph from Subang. After fetching Steph, it was already 1am. Sleep, sleep. Woke up at 3am because we should gather outside IMU at 4am according to Mr. President.

Then, on the highway early in the morning with 11 cars tailing Mr. President's car. You should see the awesome-ness! Its super cool where 12 cars move together ok! Then, reached there around 530am and we were divided into groups as usual. I have gotten Jeremy Joseph and Le Min as the leader. They rock! Then, climb climb climb! There were 6 peaks of hills that we went through before coming to the end down the hill. At the first peak, we waited to see the sunrise. Its super beautiful! According to Mr. President again, everytime he climbs, the scene of the sunrise is different and thus everytime is a different experience. This is my first time, I shall tell you all whether it is true to be different or not the next time I climb! =)

I didn't get to watch sunrise with you.

And, we celebrated Mr. Vice Pres's- Wei Sheng's birthday at the first peak. Happy Birthday, Wei Sheng! *i don't think he reads my blog anyway*

This is Wei Sheng.

Then we continued climbing all the 5 peaks. On the way of course being the real me, I fell on my knees once when climbing, then I even scratched my right hands on the rocks, and the funniest thing was I slipped on the way home. Its funny because Jun How reminded me NOT to slide at the place and right after he said 'DON'T slide', I slided and landed on my butt, which is very painful! =( My right ankle is also a little twsited, but all this pain is nothing because I had fun! I love fun and I shall climb again someday! =)

This is Justin.

Kevin Kwan!

Jun How, my batch rep- I owe him alot alot!
Thanks for keeping me safe throughout the climb and everything! Sorry for making your right side of body hurting because you had to hold my right hand using your right hand to walk all the way back and allowing me to accidently kick your precious sports shoe.
Seriously, THANKS ALOT!

Our group name: I want to pee! =) Always neutral, see 4 girls and 4 guys?

Justin hurt his hand. At least mine wasn't as bad as his!

Le Min, our senior! She's super cool and pro in climbing. =)

Ray Mun, the Mr. President whom I had to thank him for borrowing me his headtorch! Super bright headtorch which helped my friend front and back of me to see the track as well.

Esther. Me. Stephanie.

Wen Peng and I. He's my batch sports representative.

After climbing, we went to Steven Corner's to eat. =) I really did have fun.

A climb

Me want to watch sunrise with you.
Me want to watch sunset with you.
Just you.
*coughs*

Nothing can make me take my eyes of you. The ironic thing is that, I don't know who's the who. I just felt like saying and typing.
r.a.n.d.o.m.

The mooncake party at Adrian's place on Monday night was super cool! A few of us stayed back in the library until 630pm after 1015am lecture! Imagine that lah, people! It was so tiring you know. Then, Yuan Liang came into the library and asked Hung Yew, Wen Peng and Ghi Waie to go for dinner now because Tien Meng and him got to go support Jolene at erm, 8pm for her 2.2km road relay!

Speaking about this, I regretted not going to support Jolene very berry much! Urgh~
Dinner time we had Hung Yew grandpapa, Yuan Liang daddy, Ghi Waie daddy, Tien Meng uncle, Wen Peng, Devan, Lawrence, Adrian and I.
p/s: Yes, I am the only girl. Lolz!

After eating, some of us was just too tired to move, so we went back to Adrian's place to wait for Yuan Liang daddy to come back with more people! We played the XBox at the mean time, erm, some car racing game. Of course I didn't even win a single race, I am not a game person lahh. But, wait, I practise! *grins*

Then, Yuan Liang daddy came around 9 and we continued playing the car racing game until 10 plus, when all of us decided to go yumcha at Halo Cafe, OUG. Drink, eat and talk till 12 plus. Michelle and Siew Kim was tagged along after their cheerleading and Jer Ming too! Then, the hyper Michelle and I want to play lantern very much, and so, we forced Jer Ming, Yuang Liang and Adrian to play at 12 plus, near 1am beside the Vista C swimming pool! =)
p/s: YL daddy, I truly hope you did well in PBL today. Lolz!

Infinity milers tomorrow!

3rd week

I am very sorry for the lack of updates, and I guess most of us are busy.

First of all,

I still miss orientation moments!
I love hanging out at the library! For food and for the scenery from my favourite sitting place.
I still love hanging out with my seniors, cause they are funny and adorable!
I went for Infinity Milers' first welcoming party- they made us run! =)
I pricked my fingers twice to get blood!
I missed the Adventure Club's welcoming party because I forgot.
I sleep in the train everyday on my way home! Which I normally won't. =(
I got my own locker for the very first time.
I haven't got a chance to talk to my 'very enthusiastic' mentor!
I met up with Ken Hon on Friday for a movie- Wall E and did archery together, then arcade.
p/s: I know, I have to improve in alot of things before you come home next year! And, I will beat you! =p
I went for a charity home visit. We had fun!
Suppose to meet up with Eugene Chin, but we both cannot find time together! 2 more days only, and it will be next year! Dumbo curry mate!
Ask me out for jogging please??!! I loveee running!
I still love eating desserts!

I went for the mooncake and also BBQ party at Ca Men's house. =)
Zhern has got a new phone which is triple my phone price! Crap!
I didn't go clubbing on Friday night although I have transport home because I am tired and I have work to be completed for Sat. =( I am sorry, Yi Jet!

This is random:
I still would exchange something in order to have you in my life because I do love you alot as a friend.

A break

Can I conveniently have at least a 2 weeks break? *desperate*

Because I want to fly to Sdyney for the deeply missed hug that I haven't gotten for 7 months?
I have found the type of hug I wanted, but I see no hope in it.
It was obviously like the one I once had from Michelle when I was in form 1, that warm! That made me hunt for it everytime I hug someone.
It made me want to hug that person more, but WTHarrr, I can't! =(
This is when I will start to get a little emotional again. =(

Many many questions in my mind. Urgh!

The real university life starts tomorrow. Get the hint that I will be dead soon?

Day 10, Day 11 and Day 12

Sorry for not being able to update about myself. I haven't been so busy in my life for orientation I tell you. Or should I say this will be the one and only wonderful orientation I am going to have throughout my life? Yes, I REALLY REALLY did have fun, with the Malig9 people and also the Malig9 OOs'! I cannot express how much is my love for them, really. They treated us so well and sweet and be with us every single moment that they could spend with us; some even skipped a bit of their lectures. For the next few weeks, I need to be independent again because there wouldn't be anyone to pamper me like some of them already and the worst thing of all, I need to get use to not seeing the seniors everyday. I am sad! =(

*****
Day 10.

Nothing much happened on this day. I was suppose to overnight in Michelle's house helping her out with the props we needed for tomorrow- Variety Night. But. at the end of the day, I went back home at 830pm because I didn't bring enough clothes to survive until Saturday morning. Throughout the day, we went around hunting for signatures by the SRC (Student Representative Council) and also the orientation committees. Some may think that the signature hunt is a total waste of time, but I personally love it! Doing weird stuffs that the seniors wanted sometimes can make me laugh even when I am asleep.

*****
Day 11.

I did my PBL in the morning. Then, had my PBL class. And, after that was totally occupied with my Variety Night preparation already. Everyone says that this Variety Night is the most important night during the orientation. Our theme for the whole group performance was 'game character in the 1960'. Ideas given by Kien Jeen was so cool and that made us won 1st place! We are the group champion for this batch for the Variety Night! Woohoo~ All the hard work by Michelle, designing the costumes for each character really paid off. I will soon update a picture of the characters to show you what she did for us and then you will go 'WOAH' for sure! =)
Not to forget other OOs like Yuan Liang, Suki, Li Yen, Tien Ming, Khee Lung, Hung Yew, Ghi Waie, Kien Jeen and Siew Kim which really contributed in everything as well! They are the best 'family' you can ever find in your uni! =p But, too bad, they belong to me and Malig9!
We were too lazy to watch other groups' performance, so Yuan Liang and I went and practise mass dance, followed by playing one round of pool and dart games. After everything ended, we went McD to have supper. I slept around 330-4am.

*****
Day 12.

Woke up at 645am. This is the day, the day I don't want it to come to fast but, crap, came faster than it was expected to be. =( Nothing much to be done for this event but to get ourselves masks. So, we (Yuan Liang, Tien Ming, Steph, Adrian, Lawrence, Devan, Jian, Li Hoong, Wen Peng and I) went Mid Valley to hunt for masks. The theme was Masquerade and our group 9 had to dress up only in white. Its the easiest colour to get clothes, of course. =) This was going to be the end of it. End of orientation. End of the sleepless nights or 3 hours of sleep a day. I don't mind if this continues and never end, but it shall remain as a dream. It was a emotional night for me, and I guess for everyone of us. We had super cool bonding with the OOs, okay? The minute where they asked us to present souvenirs to the seniors, we didn't have ours with us, we couldn't get what we wanted to get for them in MidV! =( When we didn't get anything for them, they got something for us! T.T My heart sank when Yuan Liang and Michelle gave us each a photoframe with a picture of us together on the Variety Night. I know, it was another sleepless night of them doing this photoframe for us! I felt so bad because we didn't do that for them. There goes my tears but it was dark and no one saw. Mass dance was cool, with Ghi Waie as my partner except for the part where he forgetten some steps. Lol. But, still, he's good! =) Then, went mamak at Ajimal with some of them.

This is the photoframe! =)

p/s: Thanks alot to Adrian for letting us overnight for the past 2 nights!

I need time, to get myself back, to get use to not seeing you guys. Dinner time will make me reminisce the times we had dinner together. Atrium will make me pause and look around. PBL rooms will be the place where I seek for the laughters and lame-ness. A lot more to go, but I shall stop before my heart goes weak again. It's going to be tough.

I loveeeeeeeeee every single one of the OOs! *hugs*

p/s: Michelle and I have so much in common! We both are going to be the dessert queen and make the people who sells dessert to be richer! =) Wait till I stay in hostel. Yay- can eat with her more often then. And, she's the best costume designer that you can ever find!

Thank you OOs for skipping lectures, cheerleading practise and every other thing for us and just to be there for us!

I haven't been dreaming when I sleep- abnormal.

Day 9

I will never expect myself to be like you.
I envy you, but I will never want to be like you.

*****

Dress code was today. The theme for our group 9 was the Wizard of Oz. Yours truly is the Dorothy! Weird weird Dorothy that looks like a typical high school girl! Ugrh. And, I did abit rap-ping with the 'somewhere over the rainbow'. Then, had a false kiss scene with the tin man. I am so over it now, anyway.

First movie with a few of the OOs was Death Race, started at 10pm on the 1st of Sept. 8 of us went for the movie, mainly, Yuan Liang, Ghi Waie, Hung Yew, Steph, Devan, Jian, Lawrence and myself.

I am tired. I am pissed. I am not in a good mood.

Nights.

Going to meet my personal hormone regulator in 400 hours time! =)
